Name Cheese, Bacon and Spinach
Ingedients 5 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup milk - full cream
1/2 cup cream
3 cups cheese
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 bunch cooked spinach - drained of all liquid
bacon chopped and friend until crispy
tomatoes thinly sliced
Directions Combine eggs, cream and milk and mix with 1 cup Cheese, parsley, spinach and bacon until well mixed.

Pour mixture into a buttered overproof baking dish.

Top with thinly sliced tomato and remaining cheese.

Bake at 180 deg C for approx 40 minutes or until just set. Leave to stand for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.

This makes for a nice meal served with a salad.
