I would like to submit my curriculum vitae for perusal of a job offer as welder. I am currently in New Zealand on a 3 months visitor’s visa although my application to extend this to 9 months is currently with NZ Immigration. Whilst in New Zealand I would like to try and secure gainful employment as my family now reside in New Zealand and I would like to move here to join them. Should I be fortunate enough to receive a ‘job offer’ during my 9 month stay I will then be in a position to apply for a work permit. My goal after that is to then submit my EOI (Expression of Interest) to New Zealand immigration.
I have over 6 years experience as a fabricator/Welder and have gained my trade. I have done Designer balustrades & Handrails (stainless steel and wrought iron),Security sliding gates, burglar bars, palisade fencing, steel structures such as carports, supporting beams, designer staircases, fire-escapes and permanent steel shuttering cages, installation of intercoms and gate motors and much more.
I am a confident, driven, loyal and trustworthy individual who thrives on a challenge and am not averse to working hard.
